Prayer Request from Ron

in Questions & Answers

My wife divorced me in November 2010 because she said she fell out love with me. She told me a few days later that she had been unfaithful to me. I have been very lonely at home since she left. I did forgive her after she told me about her affair. I am not able to work due to mental health issues, and have been waiting on a judges decision on my SSA disability case for 9 months. I have nothing, no money, vehicle needs engine work. Please pray for me that The Lord will take away this pain and void in my life. I have had so much put upon me, plus with my mental problems, it has created a nightmare for me.

Hey Ron,

My prayers go out to you my brother. I am sorry to hear about your situation. It sounds like you are dealing with a lot within such a short time. I will give you advice that my mom gave me while I still go through a difficult time in my life. Always pray. Never stop. Even if you don’t feel like it, pray. Even if you are angry at God, pray. Read your Bible daily. The devil has beaten us when he convinces us there is no point in prayer anymore. Don’t listen to him, he is a liar. Be strong in the plan that God has for your life. Its unfortunate that some of us deal with so much pain, but this is not Gods plan for us. Keep seeking Him Ron. Never stop. You are in my prayers brother. God Bless
